The Zelos Swordfish 40mm SS "Neon" Launch Special is masterclass in modern, expressive microbrand dive watch design. This limited production Zelos features a captivating black "Paint Splatter" dial, featuring a constellation of multicolored paint flecks that mimic a chaotic artistic canvas by day. By night, the watch completely transforms into a luminous lightshow, as each color fragment is custom printed with multicolored Superluminova. This "paint splattered" dial is the first of its kind for Zelos and is surely an eye catcher. The watch contains a scratch resistant black ceramic bezel and a 316L stainless steel case that maintains a perfect 40mm case diameter that is remarkably comfortable for a 200m water resistant tool watch. Complete with an updated stainless steel bracelet featuring an on-the-fly quick adjust clasp and female end links, it offers an incredible mix of ergonomic daily wear and bold aesthetic flair. The watch was one of the first ones to sell out immediately upon the latest swordfish series release.

THOUGHTS
What we love about Elshan and the team at Zelos is their absolute refusal to build boring watches. While the industry is flooded with endless vintage inspired black dial dive watches clones, the "Neon" special throws out the rulebook in favor of pure, unadulterated visual fun. The daytime dial reads like a piece of abstract street art on the wrist, but during the night, the multi-colored lightshow mimics a neon splattered rave. The use of Superluminova on the watch is incredibly clever and showcases the brands creative mastery. Despite the wild dial, it remains a serious tool watch packed with a sapphire crystal, 200 meters of water resistance, 40mm proportions, and a ceramic bezel. It is loud, eccentric, and impeccably finished, making it a stellar watch for the collector looking for something different and fun!
